How can i get my video's from small camcorder tapes onto my computer??

i have the mini camcorder tapes with video on the and i have a large tape to play them through, but if i can how would i put them on my computer (my camcorder doesnt have a usb port) to save or put on dvd's or something???

There Should Be A Fire Wire Port On The Camcorder, Unless It Is Really Old. If There is a Port, Your Computer Must Have A Port Of Its Own, With The Same Connector. If There Isn't A Port On Your Computer, You Need To Buy A Large Chip-Shaped Piece Of Equipment From Best Buy Or Circuit City To Put In Your Computer. If Your Camcorder Is Quite Old And Doesn't Have A Fire Wire Port. The Only Way To Put It On A DVD Is To Use A VHS To DVD Recorder; Often Included In Many DVD-VHS Players.

I used to work for a photo lab and you could send your videos in and have them transferred to dvd. Wal-Mart I know has this service but it can take a week or two.
