every time i have to run my legs hurt so bad and yes we do stretch but when im running i cant run so fast because this just started happening i dont know how to describe this but..The back of my ankle like doesnt let me move in some weird way which causes me to run slow even with out that happening.Can some one just please tell me how i cant get myself to run faster i have to run 2 laps everyday and i just cant seem to get used to it so PLEASE HELPthanks =]
