How can i get nightmares

i am 15 and i only had one nightmare in my life time and how can you control your dreams??? the only dreams i usually get are like the same ones and its like school kinda it just reviews of what i did

  1. lucky u. Ive had nightmares almost my whole life. In fact I still get them today I just dont let them bother me. I usually get them from something stressfull is happening in my life.


  2. Wear a nicotine patch while you sleep, whether you smoke or not you will get very vivid dreams.

  3. You want nightmares? That's different.

    To have nightmares, you must encounter something that threatens something you hold dear. If your soul is obsessed with a piece of pie, then you might have nightmares about fat kids.

    Among zombie dreams, my dog getting eaten dreams, and rejection dreams, i have a nightmare that suits exactly the above statement. I love my girlfriend to a point that  i don't have the vocabulary to describe, although many of you probably know what i am talking about. I have had a few nightmares where she doesn't pay attention to me, and instead flirts with some other guy, or nightmares where she breaks up with me, even some where she moves away.

    Something you hold dear, and something that is threatening it. Find those in your life, and you will have very personally touching dreams.

  4. you WANT to get nightmares? take mine!! i dont get them so badly anymore but they can be horrible. im arachnophobic (dont laugh - its an actual problem!! my mates take the p**s but they dont realise how scared i am!!) either way lol sob story aside, im arachnophobic so if a spider happens to cross my thoughts, say i saw one earlier, if i think about it as im going to sleep, even if i "change the subject" so to speak, i will most probably get a nightmare about them. sooo if you desperately want another nightmare, think about something that really scares you - a phobia. you cant really control your dreams though - theyre generally an accumalation of the days thoughts all being processed.

  5. like have something scary in ur room nd watch a very scary movie.. this happens when ur life is h**l and when something deadly happens 2 u.. Or like if some1 in ur family is dying or in a hospital or a dellicate condition.. i hate nightmares.. watch a haunting in discovery channel and thatll scare u a little

  6. Watch something funny before you go to bed.

  7. find a movie that really scares you and watch it when you are going to bed alone  at the house. start watching it when you start to get just the tinyist bit tired. fall asleep watching it on the couch.
