How can i get nycha apartment once i leave?

I relocated to texas 3 months ago with the promise of a job and an apartment provided by family members. I dont drive but family said they

would help but 1 month later I had no more job because had no one to drive me. I have no job and an expensive apartment to pay. can I get public housing again when I go back to new york? I owe one month rent in nycha.

You have to start all over again with the application process and they don't have apartments available.  Who were you living with before?  

Get your drivers license and go to school you can get your own place without a govt handout.  Aren't you tired of being supported by everyone else?
