here's the deal. for the past two-three weeks i had a horrible sleeping schedule. i would fall asleep at 3pm and then wake up at 5pm. then i would stay awake until 8-9pm. then i would wake up at 1am and not be able to fall back asleep! i need to get rid of this schedule before next week when i go back to school... i have a huge entrance exam for bio honors on the first day and i don't want to mess it up!thanks in advance!
