How can i get out of a paternity suit?

I despise this girl. She filed for welfare so i know shes poor broke so the state filed a suit on her behalf. I don't want to be on child support. I'm just going to act like i never got the paternity letter and just see what happens.

If not and its proven to be mines i'll just sue for custody and then sue her for child support.

umm how irresponsible and pathetic of you. pretending you didnt see the letter? yeah, right. most of the time, those letters are tracked and they know when they get delivered. so they probably know that youve got it. You can also get into a lot of trouble for ignoring it. bench warrants for being a DEADBEAT are really attractive, right? why dont you just take the freaking paternity test, and if its yours do what you have to do. and if its yours, you created this child and now youd be willing to let a BABY suffer because youre too selfish to help give it what it needs? My biological father is a jerk too. Hes now 65 grand in debt for child support for me and my sisters (im 24, it stopped counting me when i turned 18) and he cant get a drivers liscense, he cant get a real job under his social (he was a attourney, so he knows better) He got disbarred and cant reapply in any state at any time. So you better think about it before being selfish. If shes an unfit mother, and you can prove it- do so, but not at the expense of the childs welbeing. would you really be ok with knowing YOUR CHILD doesnt have food or diapers or clothes and youre at home playing video games or doing whatever it is that you do? if youre ok with that, youre the worst kind of scum there is. a deadbeat dad.

Clearly, you are a deadbeat loser.  Man up and take responsibility. Don't waste taxpayer money by making us do DNA testing & then pay court costs to collect child support because you can't wrap that rascal. If you are serious about suing for custody, please remember that there is an actual child involved here. You will have to provide care for that child or be prosecuted for child neglect. There's a little more to it than collecting a check. This poor child to have you for a father.

Im sorry to see you've only been answered by females. It always ticks me off when you ask a question and they just insult you. Every time it never fails.

Anyway Im kinda in the same boat as you.

I was used by a female to get pregnant and she had told me it was medically impossible to be impregnated. and once she was she told me to get lost and disappear. She went so far as to tell people she was a sl*t and didnt know whos baby it was  a year later guess whos filling court papers? You guessed it she is? I have yet to get a notice for a court appearance but from what i heard when i do go  the judge will ask me if .... basically it mine or not . I will say no and then they will order me to take a dna test to determine where i stand. Most likely it will be a cheek swab.

Now to answer your question im not experienced on cheating the system and finding loop holes but if you are ordered to appear you have the option to go or you dont im sure if you dont go either the judge will just say "OK its his" or a warrant will be put out for your arrest for "failure to appear"   It would be smart to go and instead of trying to get out of going ....try contaminating or tricking the cheek swab... I have no clue how you would do that but if it worked you would have a better out come than a warrant or the inevitable child support.

I know man it sucks  women love babies and they will do what ever they want to get them and support them, even if they cant afford one. Kinda like when they were kids and asked their dads for pony's.

I cannot believe that you would try to hide from your responsibility to that child. You are risking prison time. You had s*x, time to step up and take responsibility for that! GROW UP! they wont give custody to a deadbeat like you.
