Question:

How can i get out of dinner?

ok, so my parents think im getting too skinny.

but in reality, ive actually gained 5 pounds.

i feel really gross and want to get back down to at least 100.

so i made a plan. and today i already went over my calorie intake allowed.

ive had about 800 calories and my parents are insisting i have dinner with them, otherwise i cant go to the football game tonight.

so my question is, can anyone tell me a way to get out of dinner?

and excuse of some sort?

  1. take it too your room and say you wanna eat in there and put it in a bag then later throw it in the garbage!

  3. the body requires 1200 calories a day to maintain a healthy weight. go to dinner with your parents and stop complaining about it. your skinnier than a toothpick already.

  5. i dont think you can get out OF the actual dinner but there are a few things you can do. you eat a very light healthy dinner then throw it up after. orr. refuse to eat dinner then sneak out later. OR! say your going to eat at the football game... any of them would prolly workk.

  6. Your plan is faulty. We as human beings need about 2,000 calories a day to maintain our weight. Eat dinner and seek help, because you're clearly suffering from an eating disorder.

  7. just eat a healthy dinner.. 800 calories isn't enough, no matter how tall you are or how much you weigh .. if you eat a healthy reasonable dinner, it shouldn't be more than 300-400 calories which means that you will have consumed about 1100-1200 calories today which is DEF not too much, i promise.

  8. just say to them "listen you punks im not eating this ****" and then just walk out :) it works for me lol
