i know i can get out for a little while with a note or injury but I'm talking about the whole time, i'd rather stay at home and have my parents sign something saying i did some sort of activity, I'm just really insecure about having to do gym in front of other people, i actually skipped gym 95% of the time for my 2 years in middle school.

PLEASE HELP ME.

find a law or something please please please

  1. The only thing i could think of is to talk to your counselor

  2. Gee! how bad is your gym class? you sound ...desperate. Anyway, break a leg or just pretend to break a leg and get a doctor that is very close to you to write a fake letter(if it's even possible) or do like my friend did and just take a note to school saying that ur gong for surgery-hers was real (although not serious) my point is that she skipped like 6 months of gym..grr...lol . here's why? if your going for surgery(or claim 2 go 4 surgery)u have to cut back on ur activities(my friend had knee issues) so like a month or two before the surgery, you stop hyper activities like gym and then, after the surgery(it healed like after three weeks) she managed to prolong it for about four months-and if ur wondering, she wasn't wearing a cast just (a doctor's note at the office exempted her)-the power of the doctor.

i don't know what country you're in so i can't really say much about the law AND, i'm not a lawyer.sorry....

  3. Actually, there is no law or anything specific that can get you out of PE, except a doctor's note.  Not even a note from your parents can help.  Sorry, but you're going to have to have a real physical reason that you aren't able to participate in gym class and it's going to have to come from your doctor!  My kneecap dislocated daily in class and I still had to participate.

  4. Take online PE. I know that sounds really lame, and it probably would be, but this way you wouldn't have to worry about other people. It exists, I know because one of my very insecure and uncoordinated friends took it over the summer.
