We are progressively having more trouble making our mortgage payment along with all the other bills we have. We tried for over a year to sell our house with no luck. Is there any way to get out of my mortgage without foreclosure? I doubt my mortgage company will do a deed in lieu. I wish it would sell but i can't sell it for less than i owe.

We want to move and soon and can't get out from under this place. I just wanna rent.

  1. rent it out.  the rental prices have gone sky high as of late and its cheaper to own, so renting it out and using an agent to list it will help move it quicker.   You can also do owner financing and get a lawyer to draw up some paperwork. This would be beneficial for someone that doesnt have perfect credit and would like to avoid paying fees to a mortgage company.

  2. I hope it sells soon.  It would be shame if something tragic like a fire happened.  Then you could not sell it at all.

  3. call you lender and ask if they can do what is called a "short sale" on the property. Better than abandoning it or going into foreclosure. Good luck!

  4. CALL YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY THEY DO NOT WANT TO FORECLOSE!!!!  PLEASE CALL THEM
