How can i get outta ireland?

im only 15 my parents wont live abroad and im for any youth things and my parents wont let me go on a exchange ?

  1. do they have an exchange programme in your school? if they have why dont you get a booklet and show your parents, maybe get a teacher to explain to your folks how it works and put their minds at ease, maybe they worry for your safety,


  2. Do the last few years of school, do well in your leaving and then the world is your oyster and you can go anywhere.

    Dont be in a rush at the moment to leave as you will look back some day with love for this island and wish you were here.

  3. Why won't they let you go on an exchange? Is it a matter of money? If it is, then get a part-time job and start saving for it.

    That's a real pity, I think.

  4. Make sure you do TY in school. I did TY in my school and I got off to Munich and Austria for a while. Its also great fun too. You don't do too much school work and if you're in school you spend most of the day walking around. Great exercise =)
