How can i get over being homesick so easy?

the ONLY place i can be is my house, somplace with my family, or at annies house (a girl ive known forever... our parents say when they sat next to eachother when they were preggers we would kick alot, lol) it really sucks, i am at my grandmas house, its been 2 hours and i just had to call my dad to come get me, im 14 and i never seem to go anywhere i can go to sleep overs if annie is there, but thats it, i cry and i get worried, and, i cant explain it, i just NEED to be home. How can i get over this>
