How can i get over this depresion???

My aunts baby just died. even tho she wasnt born yet we all where expecting to have a new little person in our family... My aunt was 3 weeks over due... she was having contractions last week... she went to the doctors on monday and they couldnt find a heart beat... so i just found out today... so im really depressed so please help.

time will heal. No I will not say those trite things ppl say. I find them borderline rude. i will say this tho. Cry, let yerself grieve and don't force the " getting over" part. U have a legit reason to grieve. don't bottle it up. Your feelings are not soda !
