I read in a magazine how the whateverlife.com girls get paid for their website. How and where can I go to get paid for mine?

I disagree with the other posters. If you want to generate a substantial amount of revenue then programs like Adwords and other affiliate programs are not the way to go. Unless you develop a website that generates a considerable amount of traffic you will make a few dollars, at best, per month. All this at the cost of having those horrible Adwords displayed and killing the aesthetics of your site.

What I recommend is that you try and build a quality website and then try to find advertisers yourself. If you have a website that is specific enough, then you can demand high advertising rates and keep a larger portion of the revenues for yourself.

Also, try and figure out what's hot and what's going to be hot tomorrow. What's hot day might be a big NOT tomorrow. People that make money off sites like whateverlife.com are far and few. It's kinda like playing slot machines in Vegas, you can make more money by smartly investing the same amount you paid for that one week of unadulterated fun and the STD treatment to accompany it.

There are soooooo many potential money-making ideas with the web. Most importantly, do something you're either

a) passionate about

and/or

b) driven by the income potential (making money is a passion to some people)

Leave that smalltime **** to smalltime people and focus on delivering something respectable. Or, just improve what those girls are delivering. Remember, there's always someone better. Maybe you can outdo them!
