lol@the first answer....anyways...im not sure if you are a teacher or a student but heres a way thay may help and it will sound corny..go to your school principal and ask him/her if its ok to get involved in printing out some evaluation forms and hand them out to students...try to make a club out of it...down here there is a club called the 4-H club and it deals with litering and stuff....other than  you and your friends taking a stand first, i say leave it up to the janitors...it shuldnt be your problem...they get paid for it...hope it helped
