You will get pregnant, i assume you mean leaking s***n? They swim up, so yes some may "leak" but a fair few swim up.

After s*x, lay on your back, put a pillow under your bum and put your legs up against the wall, that way it gives more time for the sperm to swim upto the egg before it "leaks" out :)

Lie flat after intercourse and raise your legs to 30 degrees. This helps the cervical and vaginal muscles to relax and facilitates the movement of cervical mucus. If your man has enough sperm count and you have the right consistency of cervical mucus, this method will greatly help to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

If you don't know that then you shouldn't be reproducing!

It's normal for the s***n to leak out, there are still millions of sperm left inside to fertilise the egg.

But some women lay on their back or with their legs in the air after s*x to keep the s***n inside. Also the woman orgasming at the same time or shortly after the guy can help keep in s***n according to something I read.

The World Health Organisation provides a definition of a 'normal' sperm count:

the concentration of spermatozoa should be at least 20 million per ml.

the total volume of s***n should be at least 2ml.

the total number of spermatozoa in the ejaculate should be at least 40 million.

at least 75 per cent of the spermatozoa should be alive (it is normal for up to 25 per cent to be dead).

at least 30 per cent of the spermatozoa should be of normal shape and form.

at least 25 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming with rapid forward movement.

at least 50 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming forward, even if only sluggishly.

The amount that leaks out is minimal. Assuming your partners sperm count is on top form and there are no health issues in either of you, you could get up and do star jumps afterwards and still get pregnant!

Only one thing to add that helped me: Make sure you have an o****m because the sperm get drawn in better that way due to the rhythmic contractions.
