that is pretty trick i would just get like and iron on patch to cover it

The link below has a product that they claim can remove dried latex paint from clothing, but I've never tried it. I have heard alcohol, turpentine, or dry solvent can do it too. Most professional painters say that it can't be done if the paint is dry--without damaging the fabric.

If the paint is oil-based, a product called Goof Off or Goop Off or something like that will remove it.

water based paint might wash out, but otherwise it's a stain.
