As my favorite tattoo parlor, Picture Machine, has on their wall - "Cheap tattoos are not good, and good tattoos are not cheap."  That being said, the price of a tattoo usually is directly related to how much time has to be spent on it, with most places having a $50 minimum, so if you want a simple tattoo, you may be able to do it.  But never risk your health or happiness for a few extra dollars.  Tattoos are forever, so you better get a good one.

what ever you do I would not recomend goin to someones basement. do it legit and if you cant find anywhere that can do it for that then just save up and keep lookin.
