  3. I did nothing to get mine, just was an active child, and now at 16 years of age it remains, and I am happy about that. Depends on your body type, because it seems it was too easy for me to get one, when others my age struggle.

    there are lots of ways to keep fit without having to go to a gym...

    most people also have some sort of exercising device at home...

    maybe a stationary bike?

    but the way to get abs is push ups, sit ups...

    any kind of movement wherein you can feel the burn on ur abdomen area...
