How can i get really smooth feet?

get really good foot cream

rub a pumice stone on them with soap and then use moisturiser, trust me it works really well

I totally recommend the Pedegg, you can get it at Walgreen, or any other drugstore.  Also, get a foot lotion that has mint.  Use the pedegg two days before leaving and make sure everynight and every morning to lather up your feet with the minty lotion.  At night I would even suggest putting on thick socks to hold the lotion in.
