Start by having a thorough cleaning at the dentist.

After that, you can try those whitening strips.  I am currently on day 3 and already see a difference.  My dentist that I work for recommended them to try first instead of the bleaching trays.  After that, you can maintain the look with toothpastes and rinses.

use whitening toothpaste and avoid food with food coloring like soda or hard candies.
