How can i get rid of 2 pimples by thursday?

it's my first day of school and i want my face clear. and cream or something i can use that instantly clears pimples?

help!

I know this sounds kind of weird...but try using honey. It doesn't work as good on white heads but it deff helps with blemishes. Before bed, put some honey on a q-tip and rub it on your pimples. Then, put a band aid over it so the honey doesn't rub off when you sleep. I do it all the time and it makes them much smaller. Good Luck!
