How can i get rid of Whiteheads quick?

Is there a way to get rid of whiteheads quick in like 10 days. ive tried washing my face daily doesn't seem to work. I was gonna try proactive but my mother told me sometimes they can cause more whiteheads and acne then removing them. So I'm asking online before buying the product unless there's an easier way to remove whiteheads in 10 days or shorter.

WOAH! 10 DAYS! It usually only takes my skin 3-4 days. I use Oil of Olay cleanser/toner and astringent to help control oil. Then I use this topical treatment from Clean & Clear...I don't remember what it's called but 100% of users saw results in 1 day, is their campaign.
