How can i get rid of a recurring pimple on top of my upper lip?

it first starts of as a blackhead them a small pimple and then it just stays that way for about 2 weeks. then i pop it and it really hurts so i leave it for another 3 weeks and still it doenst change.after about 5 weeks it has no pus just a red blemish and just stays there. at the end of 7 weeks it goes down a bit but its still red and just stays like that. then i get a blackhead right next to that pimple and then the whole cycle starts againd.

this is the 3rd time its happened to me.

what sould i do??

im 14 so it could be caused by oily skin or makup but im bnot sure.

i also u A LITTLE makeup over it evry week or so coz i have enough of it and just want to cover it up coz it doesnt change.

with th first pimple i didnt put any makeup on it coz i thought it make it worse.

the secong pimple i put heaps of makeup on it and it wasnt any different to the first one.

the third one i only put make up A LITTLE.

okay, this sounds a little weird but it won't make it worse. Wash your face every morning and night with an acne wash. Follow that with an astringent. Now, at night, put a thick coat of toothpaste on the pimple. Leave it there overnight and wash it off in the morning. It should dry it up.
