  1. Mine was very bad and I used the following supplements to get rid of mine.

Cleanse quarterly for one year with ParaCleanse & BotanaCleanse.

During this period for the first month I used

    Genesis

    Cold RX

    Optibreath

    Immunity

    Mega Juice

    The second month I used

    Genesis

    Cold RX

    Optibreath

    The third month

The second course of the cleansing along with

    Cold RX

    Genesis

Monthly thereafter I use the Cold RX as needed

I always use Ultra Vitality NutraPack (a complete nutritional supplement)

A number of my friends uses this method and also benefit.

  2. Go to WebMd.com, they have a lot of info on anything relating to health issues.

  3. Take some Oil of Oregano

take some Olive Leaf extract capsules.

  4. I have an ND and HMD as well as PhD for immunology and I treat myself like this...

Get a bowl and fill it with boiling water.  Wrap your head in a towel and breathe in the steam.  be careful it is hot and do not scald yourself.  Add eucalyptus essentail oils to the water, one or two drops and carry on breathing it in till the water is tepid.

Get a diffuser that sends vapours of essential oils around the house, if it is a night light with a flame under the oil be careful as they get hot when the oil has dissapated.

Use eucalypptus and pine essentail oils together if you can.

This really does work if all else fails then one drop of eucalyptus on a handkerchief and sniff it.

This is how I keep my allergy of traffic fumes away.  Also flu etc

Elderberry or elderflower tincture, cordial or wine also helps as does elecampane herbal tincture.

If all else fails and the infection is bad do not have an operation it leaves you worse off, email me and I will help futher.

  5. Pete the repeater is 100% correct and yu can also slide the olive leaf capsules apart and make a tea out of it. It tastes bland, not bad, and it works instantly. Also don't put wild oregano in water as it heats up.

  6. This works for me very well.  Mix a homemade saline solution: Salt and water about a teaspoon in a quart and sniff it way up into your sinuses.  Salt is the most natural curative antibacterial-if you have a bacterial infection and it's soo cheap!  It's not very pleasant to do and you want to do over a sink with a towel b/c it will run out and down the back of your throat but if you do this at least three times a day, rest, drink lots of liquids, you should get some good relief.  An OTC decongestant may also be a good idea to help dry out your sinus if you are really congested.  May also help you sleep better too, being able to breathe. Avoid decongestants with stimulants in them -will keep you awake. Also, don't blow your nose very hard-it just puts back pressure on your sinuses and is irritating.

I hope you feel better and this works as well for you as for me!
