How can i get rid of anxiety and stress?

i have a lot of anxiety and stress;; its so annoying; i wanna get rid of it... can anybody help me? :D

  5. it depends on how bad your anxiety is if it is really bad whear it is keeping you from having a normal life and doing normal things you should seek medical help and do not be ashamed to seek medical help

    thing that will help is to excerisise daily trust me it helps a lot maybe about 30 mins a day minimal will help out

    Try to take deep breaths don't push yourself to hard when doing something if you need a small 5 minutes break from something that seems to hard it's ok to do that

    also I find that drinking tea helps and try to avoid sugary things and things with cafeen these things boost your anxiety level

  7. Exercise and a good diet ( avoid caffeine and corn syrup ) should help greatly . If it doesn't speak to a professional .
