How can i get rid of body fat?

I'm 16 , i weigh 112lbs, my scale says i have 32 percent fat and im 5'.

i have 3 roles of fat on my stomach!

cellulite on my legs and butt.

my parents even say i need to loose weight.

but they dont really help me.

i dont want to have to buy a book or plan so maybe someone can tell me how many callories im suppose to have and things like that.

i dont really want to build muscle because that actually makes you gain more weight. so i dont wanna work out alot maybe 2 times a week. because you have to loose the fat before you even work out.

  1. Eat healthier, like go to Subway a lot! And increase the number of fruits/veggies in your diet. Work on you cardio exercise, like running, swimming etc., but try and avoid the muscle building stuff cuz that will increase your weght and stuff. Also, try eating less at each meal, like eat one spoonful/forkful etc. less at each meal. Also, if you're hungry in between meals, instead of snacking on something, drink water as that can make you feel full without gaining weight and/or eat fruit. Good luck!
