I'm 16 , i weigh 112lbs, my scale says i have 32 percent fat and im 5'.i have 3 roles of fat on my stomach!cellulite on my legs and butt.my parents even say i need to loose weight.but they dont really help me.i dont want to have to buy a book or plan so maybe someone can tell me how many callories im suppose to have and things like that.i dont really want to build muscle because that actually makes you gain more weight. so i dont wanna work out alot maybe 2 times a week. because you have to loose the fat before you even work out.
