How can i get rid of knots in my neck? :( help please.?

woww. i have had these two big knots in my neck for the wholeee summer and my neck has been hurting in the middle of my school year last yera and now im getting knots and it hurts even more.

these two knots are both under my ear in my neck. i have one on each side. ughhh.

how can i get rid of them, besides going to a masuse "massage person haha" (i suck at spelling)

im going to get help with it soon and im going to see a doctor, i know they're not from stess cause i dont have any right now.

is there any way that will help them get better or just stop hurting for me to sleep?

i cant sleep with them hurting, they keep me up

Well it could have something to do with Lymph nodes in that area.. And I'd say it would be a good idea to go to the doctors and have it checked

Don't know, I've had one myself, it will go away sometimes, but I'm not even sure what 'a knot' is.  It feels like a lump in my neck, after a hard day of work.  Curious to the answer myself.
