Question:

How can i get rid of love handles?

im not fat... but i have insane love handles... any exercises that will help reduce them? any foods that help? anything at all?

  1. you know what i've got the same problem!

    im off to the gym next week...intense fat burning might reduce them...and stop eating fatty foods..as the first place it stores fat are around your hips etc.

  2. cardio an hour a day with a healthy diet.

  3. Fastest way to achieve this is to do twenty minutes of cardio when you wake up... and BEFORE you eat.  That way you are burning stored fat.

    If you do this 5 times a week for a month you should loose approx a stone (14 lbs) if you eat right too.

    With this, do not eat 5 hours before bed.


  4. Make sure you do at least 3/4 cardio sessions a week.  They should last at least 30 mins and then do some toning exercises which will help you define the  muscles in the waist area.

    Side reach Crunches and lunges with twist are my fave moves for blasting away love handles.

  5. do side stretches.

    run for 20mins a day

    do yoga/pilates once a week

    become a vegetarian or vegan

    eat lots of fruit an veg

    go swimming as often as you can: 10 lengths crawl,10 backstroke, 10 with a board between your leg etc

  6. Any kind of regular cardio workout should help these. Also, generally eating healthy seems to help, too. Obviously fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and (definitely) water are very important in any kind of diet. Good luck!
