How can i get rid of my belly fat in 4 weeks time?

i really want to impress my doctor because i don't want to go on blood pressure medication, that will only cause more weight gain.

  1. no more soda as of today,only water,also stay away from the cookies and sweets,its pretty easy if you put ur mind to it. in 4 weeks youll feel better and be healthier,also i reccomend eating cheerios for breakfeast with no sugar, if you do get hungry snack on carrots or celery,its healthy and it gets you full,also walking outside for 30 minutes in the morning wouldnt hurt.


  2. No coke, only eat 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and NEITHER FRIES NOR IN BETWEEN FOODS,,,

  3. starve yourself... lol just kidding.... drink plenty of water, wake up early and go jogging 1 or 2 miles everyday, eat vegetable and fruit, no fat

  4. no more sugar, eat your 3 meals a day and drink plenty of water, the more water the better. water helps out you metabolism, and work on cardio, go out running for at least 12 min 4 days a week (don't walk, run without stopping for the whole 12 min) .  

  5. It is probably not healthy to do it in so little time- unless you go see another doctor for liposuction, which is also rather drastic. Why is impressing the doctor so important? If you don't want to go on blood pressure medication then don't. Take control of your health care. Start losing weight and don't go on the medication, unless you are really at risk of heart attack or something by doing so. If your health is that precarious then do what the doctor says and don't try to lose weight so quickly which is also going to be a risk.
