How can i get rid of my obsession over an anime character?

Help! i'm obsessing over uchiha sasuke and i want to stop because I feel like i'm not going stop obsessing. Someone please give some advice!

well,if it is an obsession:

everytime you think of an anime you are like so obbsesed with just get out of that world many people are,look at reality and just get in your mind that those cartoons you always see cry,laugh,run,and everything in a anime,get this in your mind:

its not real and it will never be real,not even in another life.

P.S:some words in here that you have read,please don't think of it as an insult,im also like so obbsed with anime but hope this helps!

we all have been through that, and it takes time or u can just keep up the obsession and become the ultimate fan then it will be like your there with the character.

That's happened to me before too...(Which is why I have so many drawings I drew of the character I was obsessed over XD)

hmmm.. if so then:

1. stop watching naruto (?)

2. try to find something bad about sasuke (?)

3. think of a hot guy in school (?)

4. imagine that you are making out with him until your obsession stops (?)

1. Take a break from naruto

2. Find a picture of Sasuke over the internet and talk to him about it

3. Find a picture of sasuke over the internet and imagine him insulting u and have a fight with him

Sasgay isnt worth obsessing over.  Think of all his flaws.  Which are numerous.

Obsess over Itachi instead ;)
