Are you ceratin that they are viruses and do you have antivirus installed?

You can download spybot search and destroy or even avg antivirus. Theyre both really good. And they usally find all of the viruses. My vote would be spybot

A very good, free anti-virus available to download is AVG 8 Anti-virus:

And for any spyware problems, get SpyBot - Search and Destroy:

Both are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don't use up as many resources.

Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.

Well you could do system restore. It will take your computer back before you had the virus. But some of the programs you installed might go away. Depending how far back you set it.

Go to: 1. Start 2. Accessories 3. System tools 4. system restore

This doesnt delete all your work. And you dont need any cds.
