How can i get rid of "page cannot be displayed" that continue to pop up on my computer & know me offline?

know me offline??? what is that supose to mean?

Well go to the bottom right coner of the screen near the time, there should be an internet icon and go to it and hit repair or view available wireless networks to get the internet working.

By the way, it seems you don't know very much about computers because when it says the page cannot be displayed it is not classified as a popup and you know me offline.... You don't seem to inteligent and by the way... POST THE QUESTION IN THE RIGHT SECTION!!!

means you don't have an internet connection.  You need to sign up with an internet service provider so that you can be online instead of offline.
