Question:

How can i get rid of "the runs" ?

i get it when im nervous sometimes and a bad stomach

but what can i do to stop it or what to eat and not to eat.

  1. wrong section bud but they sell stuff for that at the drug store. pepto being one thing


  2. maybe stay away from dairy for a bit, grease/oil too...

    the human body is fascinating. you can try different things. go a week with out dairy and see if it gets better, if not, move on to something else to cut out... you will find out what it is

  3. There are two issues involved here :

    1) Physical - In India at least , curd with flat rice, buttermilk and bananas is simple and hygienic. have no oily substance. Lemon with water also is very good.

    In India an ayrvedic medicine - Pudin Hara, even tablets re available. In Homoepathy chellidonium is useful.

    2) Emotional or nervous - You are a very sensitive person , this I know it personally, the way you write your poems. However this tends to make your nerves easily excitable. For this yoga - Asanas and Pranayama, -exercises for the nerves.
