How can i get rid of spiders?

i have lots of large spiders that have made their home on my windows outside they spin the thick white nests in the corners containing all the eggs i have tried the sprays on the windows the spiders do not like the sprays but it does not get rid of they i have at least 20 at any time when the windows are open they then come inside what can i do to get rid of them

You have to just keep cleaning them off. even just windex should do it. This time of the year they are more active. So you will get a lot of them. They really don't hurt anything and they do eat mosquitos. So you may not want to do much, unless they are getting out of hand, or are the type that bite. Like brown recluse spiders... they are nasty.
