Question:

How can i get rid of stress and pressure?

I finished my job slightly early so i could come home and chill out before i go back to university. But i can't do it for some reason. For example, i will have a totally free day so i decide to walk into town but i end up rushing in and rushing out - feeling like i have to do everything quickly. It's really getting me down - please help.

  2. Calm down, smoke some weed (if you smoke) but if you don't then DO NOT START! Go to a massage parlor or aromatherapy, have you tried yoga?

I do exactly the same as you.  It comes from not usually having enough time to do things and so you make yourself run from task to task.  The best way I find to relax is to get away from your usual environment.  Even if you just go to a different local town for the day, you will get a bit of that holiday feeling.  Good luck!

  4. I find that exercising helps get rid of stress.  I get regularly wound up at work (I work on a helpdesk and users are sometimes really annoying).

    Coming home and doing some exercise and getting the adrenaline levels raised gets rid of all my stress.

    I guess that anything that raises your heartrate should help.

    If your not too keen on exercise, try yoga or meditation, or even a massage.

  5. Try Yoga lesson, it will help you slow down your movement. or aromatherapy, so you can more relax on everything. nothing to rush about.
