  1. Sounds like you have enlarged pores. Dirt can get into them if you don't look after your skin and they can become 'blackheads'.

You can't get rid of enlarged pores - it's just the kind of skin you have, however you can make them smaller by getting rid of the dirt in them (the blackheads) and maintaining a good skin care routine.

To begin with you need to wash your face to get rid of the surface dirt. Do this every morning and every evening (evening is important as you'll be getting a whole day's grime off). There are many facial cleansers etc on the market ranging from very cheap to hundreds of pounds, however, a decent soap will be okay as long as you moisturize afterwards as soap is very drying on the skin.

Next, you need to use a good face scrub to exfoliate your skin. These contain little particles  that remove dead skin cells from your face. If you don't get rid if the dead skin on a regular basis (every day or two days) it builds up in your pores, making the holes bigger. You'll need quite an 'abrasive' one to get deep into those pores and get the dirt out. I like St. Ives Deep Cleansing Face Scrub (£2.99 in UK). It has ground up apricot pips in it and it leaves your face feeling very smooth afterwards. Alternatively you can use granulated sugar mixed with a regular face wash or your soap. Just fill a small dish with some sugar and go to your bathroom. Get a lather going in your hands with the soap or face wash, scoop some of the sugar into your hands and scrub away using a circular motion. Rinse it all off.

Next, you can use a toner on your face - but this is optional - however toner 'tightens' the skin and will reduce the size of the holes. You can also dab tea-tree oil on the areas where you get the blackheads. This will tighten the skin and as tea-tree oil is also antiseptic, it will kill off any bacteria.

Finally, moisturize. You don't need an expensive one - the one I use cost me £2.50 ($5). Always moisturize after washing your face.

Exfoliating your skin on a regular basis will also reduce the appearance of wrinkles as they are partly caused by dead skin cells building up.
