How can i get rid of win32trojan?

my antivirus avast find win32trojan on drive c and d,but can not delete or repair it,what should i do? infected file in both drives is r2nl.com

Try Windows Live One Care's 90 trail full protection from Microsoft.. I love It! It should get rid of it. or try spy-bot. But try running a anti virus program when in safe-mode. (at reboot, press F8)

You need to fix it manually.  Open your antivirus quarantine and click add.  Then select the virus.

You could run a scan in safe mode or at system start (if your anti-virus can do that)
