How can i get shirts custom made?

i design shirts and right now i use a website called www.customink.com

but i have a special shirt in mind.

i have spots allover the shirt

with a couple of other cool sh*t with it

and i mean ALL-OVER.

how can i make this happen

u can try www.zazzle.com . it mite not work for the kind of shirt u want but it mite. idk. just try

usually they have likes stands or places in the mall and you can ask them if they do that.
