Question:

How can i get skinny thighs? ?

i did once have them so it's not like it's not in my genes lol. but honestly, what can i do. i can't go to the gym, so at home. i heard running just builds muscle. but im not sure. walking, jogging? and how can i motivate myself to do so?

and! how long do you think it would take to see results. a year maybe? nothing drastic but enough for ME to know

  1. Running won't give you super big thighs, it will get rid of the fat off them though, and it shouldn't take a year, just cut your calories a bit, eat healthly, drink lots of water and you should see results in around 2 or 3 months.


  2. i am cutting my calories because i have the SAME problem. I hate hate hate my legs and I always seem to think that my legs are HUGE but my friends say they aren't. so maybe you have the same problem.

  3. well i don't know if this will work for you but my friend used this routine and it worked for her. She took all summer and every day she would take two large buckets of water and put one in each hand. Then she would hold them firm and squat without moving the buckets and she would do a lot every day and her thighs are really skinny now. so u should try it and i hope it works for you too.
