How can i get sponsored? im really good for my age. i have beaten many top tenners in the state.?

You won't get sponsored by calling sport companies.  Trust me.  They will come to you.  For them to come to you, you have to have a high ranking in your region. Period.  

So, keep playing, get a high ranking, and the sponsors will come.

yeah, email/call are even go in and tell them about what you've won etc.

invite them to a training session or a game so they can acutally see,

also, start of going to like small shops or food shops and they can give you money etc.

but yeah, write/call email to anyone you can

if you're good, then you'll get a sponsership

but not like thousands of dollas, maybe just some money and clothes,

but its a start

when a atp/wta then you'll be set :)

contact Adidias,, or Nike, or Reebok.. something like that... tell them what u are working towards and what u have done...
