How can i get st.kitts or any other eastern caribbean island's visa from TEHRAN?

Acctually i'm medical student in windsor university in st.kitts.

i've traveld to tehran and my passport was expire and i renew my passport ,so i don't have a st'kitts student visa inside my new passport!!!

but i have my school's papers and documents,but there is no caribbean embassy in tehran!!!!

i don't know how to get back to st.kitts
