How can i get stronger body punches or what can i do to take the opponent out by hitting him on the stomache.?

ok so i kinda do this boxing things with friends and now its called body shots so you can only hit on the chest and stomache arms and everything exept face or kick..and i got beat today so i want to get revenge next month how can i get stronger body punches in one month? i want to take people air out like he did too me so where should i hit? and yeah also how can i hit stronger?

  1. learn how to "turn the corner". any good punch will come up from the legs and then using the power of your core you turn into the punch and aim about a foot BEHIND your target. if your doing body shots, its even easier! your opponent is standing still! although i don't encourage this game. what i would do "theoretically" of course, is stand about 3 feet away from your target. stand with your lead leg forward and your power hand further away from your target. give a little hop (or several little hops to get the timing right). and at the moment you land think of your body like a spring. pushing down on a spring will load it with tension just waiting to be released. come forward and slightly up with your legs while using turing your torso as well as your shoulders. don't flex your forearm until your fist is almost at your target. this will help it get there with greater velocity. i would aim for a few inches below the belly button. or the liver. or a few inches under the armpit of your targets power arm.


  2. thers a place called the solarplex thats a guaranteed win with just at most to punches.Right below your your chest theres a horizontal bone.Hit right below that.

  5. You can't really get stronger body punches. You have to make all of your punches overall better. Try using your own body weight. When you throw jabs, turn your shoulders and step in to your punch a little so there's weight plus it will be a lot harder of a punch. Same thing with the straight right, pivot your rear foot as if you were squishing a bug or cigarette. The turning of your legs and lower body generate power to your shoulders and down your arm into your punch. When you throw hooks, you want to pivot as much as possible so your punch has more power. Keep your hooks and other punches as tight as possible. Never throw wide swings or telegraph your punch. You're more likely to get countered and beat that way. Buy a good heavy bag and practice your punches. Shadow box as well.
