How can i get the advertisement for a site off the code on myspace??????

i found a code to hide my contact table

but it has a huge banner at the top of my page

same with my layout

is there a certain part of the code that i can make those banners go away??

Go check on it. Also if you want to know how to remove it. Learn some HTML+CSS it's easy. you can straight off the bat tell what part of the coding is the banner.
