  1. The Febreze suggestion is a good one.....also make sure that you flip the couch over and spray underneath in the area of the springs and padding.

  2. all the febreeze suggestions won't work, the couch smells like smoke because it is covered in smoke particles. Clean the couch ( a professional can do an even better job then you can by the way). Once the smoke particles are gone then try febreeze

  3. Simple. Squirt some washing up liquid over an area of the suite, rub into the leather with a soft cloth soaked in warm water. Rinse off and proceed to the next bit. Amazing results for next to nothing! Then spray with a leather polish, buff and live with it for a long time!

Don't use things that mask smells like febreeze, they're also bad for your lungs!

  4. a full bottle of fabreeze,  try gettin it right down into the creases and around the base also the back,  nothing smells worse than a smokey sofa,

  5. Try the new Lysol "neutra air" spray that kills ordor causing bacteria. I use it and it seems to be strong. And, get a "Renuzit super Ordor killer" and place the container opened near your sofa. It is stong also.

  6. Fe breeze is great! Spot check it before applying a whole bottle on though! Also if it is a hot day sit it out in the sun. There are shampooers you can use with cleaner made especially for leather.  Shampoo and then let it dry in the sun.
