How can i get the copyright claim for movie trailers, music, and video game trailers?

i have had 3 accounts deleted due to copyright claims on movies, music vids, and game trailers, i want to know, how i can get the copyright claim for the videos before i upload them

A copyright claim is one filed because you do not have the copyright to that material, and therefore do not have the right to post them.

You can only have copyright to material that is yours, so if you are in or directed, etc. those materials you are good.  In all likelihood, that is not the case so quit uploading them!  You are cheating people out of what is theirs.
