  1. Ok i answered one of your questions before, you said:

    your 14,

    you dont believe in god

your parents are Regular and have a beer

    you doubt allah

    but now you want ramadan.

Ok, well I live in the US, and the sun sets at 9, and i will be fasting during the summer.

But believe me it is worth it, in fact we get more ajir fasting around non muslims.

on top of that, i go to a Highschool, in the US, im the only arab muslim girl in my school, and that is out of like 1200 people.

you have to be strong, this is abada!

it is a must. so instead of complaining, Thank allah, that you have food to eat! you fast for 12 hours a day, some fast for days, weeks, some die do to not having food.

so say Alhamdullah and dont be shy, be proud!

  2. you can eat before the fajer prayer   , the firs day will be hard so before ramadan starts try to fast .

  3. I saw your profile, it hurt. But I'm glad you are coming this way again.

    Don't worry. I am 13 too.

The School systems are the same in America.

    ~ Ignore it all.

~Think about what you believe in.

~ Have confidence in Allah and you will succeed.

~ Read your prayers whenever you have time, you will be fine.

~ Ask God for help, He will guide you through it all.

~ Believe in yourself that you can do it.

~ If you are true at heart, you will get through it.

~ Have a full breakfast at dawn!!!

  4. it is really not difficult to fast in switzerland, apart from that many people eat one meal a day when they get back from work...

if you take in 1400 calories a day you're sure to be fine... make sure to diversify in your meal...

and anyhow, might not be a good example but if you have a few extra pounds you'll be looking great by the end of it. :)

  5. Just think about Allah and what you are here for. Allah will make it easy for you if you ask.

  6. its the same for me as well, but I live in Florida and it will still be extremely hot when Ramadan starts and quite humid as well.  It will be a long fast for many people around the world.  My best advice to you is to always wake up for suhoor, drink lots of fluids (but avoid caffeine) and eat well at iftaar time.  also if you can spend some nights, maybe on the weekend in the mosque that will great also.  By the way, I have two daughters your age (12 & 13) so I know how you feel.

  7. Maybe Allah should have sent more prophets to different parts of the world.

It was becos Allah did not know we live on a round earth, he thought we lived on FLAT earth, so the time would be same for everyone.

    Choose new religion, I'm looking.

  8. that is the true test, to be who you are and uphold your religion. the sun will go down at around 8:00 or later for most of us! it will be a test for all of us, but Inshallah we will triumph.

  9. Make sure that you have a lil sumting to eat before fajr prayers, make your prayer and make the intention to fast then try to keep yourself occupied by reading, cleaning the house up, doing homework etc it helps me a lot and ma time is probably the same as you in London.

For determination think about those who are less fortunate than you and how they feel.

  10. Read all about it!

The benefits of Ramadan out weight the hunger and the thirst you feel for few hours.

    here is a great article:-)
