  1. Beans, nuts, try tofu or fake meat. Also things like protein powder is useful.

  2. take vitamins...they have some especially for vegetarians now. they're not big chalky horse pills...they're chewable ones. i think it's great how you're a vegetarian and are making sure you're keeping yourself healthy. also... there are lots of veggies and fruits out there that supply protein and other essential vitamins and minerals. don't forget about milk/soy milk, soy cheese, veggie burgers, chick'n patties...there's a lot to name so just look in you're grocery stores meatless section and you should be able to find what you're looking for. :-)

  5. Along with things like beans and nuts, you could try fake meat. Imitation meat is often used making soy, and contains a lot of protein. It is also a lot MORE healthier then the meat product.

I eat imitation meat for my protein needs. Taste very good! Try brands like MorningStar.

Also protein can be obtained through leafy green veggies like spinach! Also you can obtain protein through root veggies! Beans are also a good source! Do a bit of research and you'll find unexpected things that contain more protein than meat!
