if u live in an APEC country u can try out for the APEC scholarship. if you don't, they're offering other scholarships, you can check it out on the university website.

there is no sure fire way to get a scholarship. if you have excellent grades and a good list of extra curriculars that might help you. but its still not a guarantee because competition is very stiff. lots of people are applying for the scholarships. just submit an application and hope for the best.
