How can i get the taste of milk but with NO SUGAR

I like have Milk with some dounts for work breaks but the pints of milk have more sugar then soda ( 52 grams of sugar ) is there something like milk i can drink but with no sugar ?

Skim milk....Usually 12 gr of sugar

SILK milk has about 4 grams of sugar. I add splenda for it to taste better.

This may be a stupid response but if you are eating donuts why are you concerned with the amount of sugar in the milk you are drinking?
