Take MTA 460 downtown to Santa Monica Bus 10.

mta.net will give you other options, such as the 460 to Rapid 720.

a slightly faster way would be to take the 460 bus to the Green line station then take the Green Line to Aviation station then board

the Santa monica Big Blue #3 (or the rapid 3) for service into Santa Monica
